Sacramento Northern "Depot" Visitor's Center:
Fee: 4 hour time block - $150
Fee: 8 hour time block - $300
$100.00 non refundable reservation fee to secure date.
Refundable cleaning deposit- $500.00

Security is required for all events with alcohol.
Community Center
Featuring approximately 2200 square feet and a full commercial kitchen. This facility is perfect for both public and private parties or meetings. Kitchen, tables and chairs included in price.
4 hour time period - $250
8 hour time period - $500
Refundable cleaning deposit - $500
Alcohol is allowable with usage permit and additional security staff. Insurance is required for rentals. A $100 Non-Refundable reservation fee is due upon submittal of application to secure date. The district may provide security guard for an additional fee.
Central Park Horse Arena and BMX Track
Daily rental of each: $222.00
Lights: $10/hour additional
Facility Deposit: $200 AND an Insurance Certificate is required.
Paulson Field (Westside Park)
Large Softball Diamond
This lighted softball field located on West 2nd Street next to Westside Elementary School. Its fast infield and 300 foot fence makes it a challenge for even the mightiest hitters and fielders.
Practice Rental: $35 for two hours lighted practice and bases included.
Tournaments: $75/day, add $10/hr for each hour of lighted use.
Insurance certificate required.
Picnic Areas at Local Parks Rental:
$30 for Picnic Area
