Strategic Plan 2008–2012

The District and community will know the Strategic Plan is successful through the following indicators:

• Feedback from the community increases, comments and observations are shared through quantitative conversations and discussions
• Participation from the community grows in numbers during events, celebrations, and programmed activities
• Projects are completed and celebrated with the community
• Parks and facilities are more attractive and well utilized
• Staff morale is positive and re-invigorating
• Time is made available to meet, plan and implement goals and intentions
• Staff reports and documents reference the vision, mission, values and goals of the Strategic Plan
• We experience increased respect from other public agencies
